Vintage Y2K ESCADA by Margaretha Ley tiered plaid wool pencil skirt in electric blue and black. Zipper with double button closure at the back and three tiers at the hemline. It has a high rise fit and is fully lined. Would fit a size 29"-30" high waist - skirt is pinned on mannequin at the back in photos. Please see measurements below.
