Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING ~ All items are shipped from Halifax, Nova Scotia using Canada Post or Chit Chats expedited (tracked) package services. We are not responsible for any lost or late packages if the item is shipped via these services. Due to exorbitant U.S. tariffs we have temporarily disabled shipping to the USA. If you are a U.S. based customer who would like to make a purchase and don’t mind paying the 35% tariff on each item please send us a message and we are happy to assist you in making your order.

We aim to only use packaging and shipping materials that are recyclable and/or made from previously recycled materials.

LOCAL PICK-UP ~ If you wish to pick your item up in person to save on shipping costs you are welcome to do so! Please reach out via the ‘Contact’ page and we will arrange a contact-less pick-up in Halifax.

RETURNS ~ In short, all sales are final. We try to describe each item as accurately as possible including exact measurements and detailing any imperfections. Please read item descriptions carefully and don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have further questions. If we have grossly misrepresented an item we may issue a refund with the return postage at your cost. Exchanges are available at our discretion if requested within 48 hours of the item’s delivery date. We are not responsible for any loss or damage of a returned item, therefore we strongly recommend tracking and purchasing any additional shipping insurance equivalent to the value of the item.
