Sweetest vintage c. 1980s Canadian designer Vicki Lynn Bardon tropical floral print dress. The dress has massive, puffed, padded shoulders on the short sleeves. It has a fitted bodice and a flowing, midi length skirt with pockets. Zipper closure at the back. Would fit a size Small best - pease see measurements below. Model is a size 2 and 5’8 with 30C bust for reference. Made in Nova Scotia, Canada
