Gorgeous 1970s dreamy mulberry purple chiffon maxi dress with ruffled collar neckline and sheer sleeves with ribbon & ruffled cuffs. The dress has a fitted, gathered empire waist and a flowing floor length skirt. The sheer chiffon top layer of the dress covers a light lilac slip underneath.
