1980s Floral Bow Collar Dress by Vicki Lynn Bardon (S)

Sweetest vintage c. 1980s Canadian designer Vicki Lynn Bardon floral print peasant dress in red, green, grey, beige and black. The dress has puffed, padded shoulders and tapered sleeves with two buttons at the cuffs. It has a fitted bodice with bow tie at the neckline and a flowing, midi length skirt with pockets. Zipper closure at the back. Would fit a size Small best - pease see measurements below. Model is a size 2 and 5’8 with 30C bust for reference.
