1950s Auer Compact and Lighter Set

Charming vintage c. 1950s Auer enamel compact makeup case and lighter set. The exterior of each piece is a silver-toned metal with embossed black enamel in swirling abstract designs. The bottom of the compact is solid silver metal. The interior of the compact has a mirror, a powder compartment with applicator and screen. There is no makeup left in the case. Marked AUER Japan on the bottom of the lighter. The lighter has a sparks so likely just needs Ronson fuel in order to function. Has not been tested with fuel.

Condition: Very good vintage condition - The compact has some fading to the enamel around the edges and a discoloured spot on one corner.

Compact: 7.5cm x 6cm x 1.5cm

Lighter: 4cm x 3.5cm
