1990s Soft Floral Tie Back Summer Dress (L/XL)

Prettiest vintage c. 1990s short sleeved summer tie back dress in sky blue with pink, white and yellow floral print. The dress features a triple scalloped neckline, covered buttons down the front, an lovely flowing skirt and back tie. It has a zipper closure at the back. It has light shoulder padding that could easily be removed if desired. Marked size 16 Petite - would best fit size Large depending on desired fit. Please see measurements below.
