1990s Anne Klein Tiered Silk Blouse (M/L)

Vintage 1990s 100% silk Anne Klein button down collared two-tiered blouse. The blouse is made with high quality, slightly textured black silk that has an abstract floral print in gold. Heavy shoulder padding that could easily be removed if desired. Marked size 10 but as this is vintage sizing please see measurements below. Model is a size 2 for reference.
