Incredible 1980s Victor Costa for Holt Renfew floral ball gown with massive puffed & ruffled sleeves that hang off the shoulders. The dress features rushing across the bodice, a huge circle skirt with crinoline built in and a lovely decorative floral piece at the back of the wait. It is essentially a strapless dress that has sleeves as an additional feature. The floral print is amazing and has a kind of optical illusion effect! Zipper closure at the back.
