Vintage 1980s 100% cotton button down ruffle collar bishop sleeve blouse. The blouse is made with high quality, lightweight white cotton. It has an eyelet lace ruffle collar and sleeve, and ballooning bishop sleeves. It has lace detailing at the front and covered buttons. Would best fit size Small up to Medium. Model is a size 2/XS and 5'8 for reference.
